World Cancer Day – 4th February 2026 activities conducted by IMA Kakinada City Branch.
As part of the World Cancer Day observance, our branch successfully organized:
1. A Free Mega Cancer Screening Camp (exclusively for health workers) at Dr. B. S. Rao Memorial IMA Hall, Kakinada, with encouraging participation, and
2. A World Cancer Day Special IMA Regular CME in the evening, focusing on recent advances in oncology and cervical cancer prevention.
Both programs were conducted in the spirit of the World Cancer Day theme “United by Unique”, with active involvement of IMA members and support from local dignitaries and specialists.
